This website is not a crisis service. Do not use the contact form to report an emergency, as messages are not monitored around the clock.

Booking and consultations

The free initial consultation is an opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy and to see whether working together is a good fit. It is not a therapy session and does not guarantee ongoing services. Scheduling is handled through SimplePractice and is subject to SimplePractice’s own terms.

Therapy outcomes vary from person to person. Nothing on this website is a promise or guarantee of any particular result.
