Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it isn't always easy to make sense of what we're feeling or why certain patterns keep repeating. Individual therapy offers a dedicated space to slow down, be heard without judgment, and begin to understand yourself more deeply.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, a difficult relationship, a painful past, or simply a sense that something isn't quite right, therapy can help you gain clarity, develop new ways of coping, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
Many people begin because they feel stuck, disconnected, or ready to grow — and that is reason enough.

A collaborative process, adapted to you
Together, we'll explore not only what you're experiencing today, but also the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped how you think, feel, and connect with others. My approach integrates psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment-based work, and evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR. Rather than applying a single method to every person, I adapt therapy to your unique needs, goals, and pace.
Over time, many people experience:
- A deeper understanding of themselves and their patterns
- Greater emotional balance and resilience
- Practical tools to manage stress and difficult emotions
- Healthier, more fulfilling relationships
- A stronger sense of confidence and self-compassion
- More clarity about their values, choices, and direction in life
Your therapy, at your pace
This is your space, and you remain in control of it.
We begin by getting to know each other. I'll take time to understand your history, current concerns, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we'll begin to identify your goals and create a plan that feels right for you. There is no pressure to share more than you're ready to.
Meaningful change takes time and consistency. Meeting weekly allows us to develop a strong therapeutic relationship, notice patterns as they emerge in your daily life and within our work together, and gradually understand and transform them. As therapy progresses, we may adjust the frequency based on your needs and goals.
As therapy progresses, we'll move beyond symptom relief toward deeper understanding and meaningful, lasting change — helping you build a life that feels more connected, authentic, and fulfilling.
